Mackson’s Mardi Gras Moon Race

I started this story in January 2021 when I realized my friend’s Mardi Gras Party wouldn’t be happening that year. I remembered my Brazilian friends in grad school who always had tapes of the Rio Carnaval playing on the TV whether it was January or June. I tried making this a human powered race, but the timing didn’t work out, so I had to switch to moon buggies. I used the great Divide bike race as a guide for timing.
